We launched Soz — our own AI by SiteSoz

Recently, we wrote on the SiteSoz blog about how AI can make websites more useful for businesses and help customers get answers faster.

Today, we can show the next step.

We launched Soz.

Soz is SiteSoz’s own AI project, and it is already working directly on SiteSoz.tj.

This is still the first version of Soz, and we are continuing to develop it every day.

What is Soz?

In simple words, Soz is an AI assistant that can communicate with website visitors.

For example, someone visits a website and asks:

“I need a website. What kind of websites do you build?”

Or:

“How much does a website cost?”

Soz can answer the question, provide the necessary information, and continue the conversation.

AI assistants are already being used on many different websites today. We have also explored this direction and decided to build our own version and continue developing it ourselves.

Why did we create Soz?

The idea is simple for us.

We want AI for businesses to be more than just a chat. We want it to become a real assistant.

For example, a visitor can ask about a service, get an answer, understand the information they need, and leave a request.

In this way, Soz can become an additional connection between a website and its customers.

What can Soz do now?

Right now, we are at the first stage of Soz’s development.

It can already:

communicate with website visitors; answer their questions; provide information about a company and its services; help customers choose a service; understand customer questions; collect the necessary information from a conversation; help collect customer requests.

Of course, Soz is not perfect yet.

We understand that, and that is exactly why we continue to develop it.

Why does Soz sometimes respond slowly?

One of our main tasks right now is response speed.

Soz depends on servers and computing resources, and at the current stage our available resources are still limited.

Because of this, it can sometimes take a little time to prepare a response.

This is a temporary issue.

We plan to increase our server capacity and computing resources so that Soz can work faster and more reliably.

Soz can also be used on other websites

Soz was not created only for SiteSoz.tj.

We want to make it available for other websites as well.

For example, a company could install Soz on its website.

A visitor asks a question — Soz answers.

A customer wants a service — Soz collects the necessary information.

A customer wants to contact the company — Soz can collect their request.

In this way, a website can do more than simply display information. It can also help a company communicate with its customers.

Where do we want to take Soz?

Soz is still at the beginning of its journey.

Today, it works as an AI assistant, but our plans are much bigger.

We want to gradually develop Soz so that in the future it can handle many more tasks.

For example:

analyze information; work with other systems; help businesses with everyday tasks; perform specific actions; communicate with customers; help with sales and customer service.

Our goal is to build a powerful and versatile AI.

But we are taking this step by step.

We are not finished yet

Soz is not a final product yet.

We are still testing it, improving it, fixing issues, and adding new capabilities.

The current version is only the beginning.

Right now, Soz works as a hybrid system, while we continue working on its development and training.

In the future, we want to develop more parts of the system ourselves and expand its capabilities.

Today, Soz is already working on SiteSoz.tj.

Ask it a question, test it, and see how Soz works.

For us, this is more than just a chat on a website.

It is the beginning of a long-term AI project.

Today — an AI assistant for websites.

Tomorrow — more capabilities.

And in the future, Soz may become a much more powerful AI that can not only communicate, but also perform different tasks.
